Refund policy

7 days, and you keep the files.

Ask within 7 days of the day you were charged and we refund you in full, even if we process it later. You don't need a reason, and downloading doesn't void it. If something reached you late, the 7 days run from the day it arrived.

If you live in the EU or the UK, you can also cancel within 14 days of the day you were charged and we refund you in full.

Purchases made on or before 10 October 2026 keep the 30 days they were sold with.

How to ask

Email hello@theworkflowdesk.cloud, or reply to your receipt. Tell us the email you ordered with and what you'd like refunded.

What you get back

The full amount, to the original payment method. An optional checkout extra or an optional offer you accepted after checkout can be refunded on its own or with the rest of your order.

The files

You keep what you downloaded.
