These terms cover the use of www.theworkflowdesk.cloud, the free downloads on it, and any purchase made through it. Using the site or completing a purchase means you accept them. Questions: hello@theworkflowdesk.cloud.
Digital products only — downloadable guides, prompt collections, templates and related material — plus free downloads in exchange for an email address. Nothing physical ships.
Everything here is educational material about tools and workflows. We make no income, results or performance promises. What you get out of it depends on your own effort, skills and circumstances. The third-party tools we name (for example Claude, ChatGPT, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, CapCut) belong to their own companies, their prices and features change without notice, and we describe them from our own use or from their own published pages, never on their behalf.
We name tools because they do the job, not because they pay us. Most are tools we use ourselves; some, such as CapCut for captions, are options we point you to without having used them on our own videos. Where a link in our material is an affiliate link — meaning we may earn a commission if you buy through it, at no extra cost to you — we say so next to it. We never publish testimonials, reviews or figures we can’t stand behind, and we don’t invent them.
You must be 18 or older. Prices are in U.S. dollars, plus any applicable tax, and are the ones shown at the moment you order. Payment is due at checkout and is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card. Your card statement will read THEWD* WORKFLOWDESK. Prices can change over time, never retroactively for a completed order.
Optional extras. A checkout may show one optional box, unticked, that adds a related product at the price printed beside it. It is added only if you tick it. Some purchases are also followed by one optional add-on offer after payment, shown with its price before you choose; if you accept it, you are charged that amount as a separate charge. Declining either costs nothing and does not affect your order.
Each product's page says how it is delivered. A product you buy at checkout is on its download page as soon as you finish checking out, after the optional offer page where there is one. An optional checkout extra is emailed to the address on your order, with a link to its download page. A one-click add-on is not on the download page: it is emailed to the same address after you accept it, and can take several minutes to arrive. A receipt is emailed to the address on your order. If a download fails or something has not arrived, email hello@theworkflowdesk.cloud and we will send it again.
Every purchase is covered by a 7-day, no-questions refund. That includes an optional checkout extra and a one-click add-on: each can be refunded on its own or with the rest of your order. Email us, or reply to your receipt, within 7 days of the day it was charged and we refund you in full to the original payment method, even if we process it later — and you keep what you downloaded. If a product reached you late, the 7 days run from the day you received it. If you live in the EU or the UK, you can also cancel within 14 days of the day you were charged and we refund you in full. Purchases made on or before 10 October 2026 keep the 30 days they were sold with. Nothing in this section limits a right the consumer law where you live gives you. The Refund policy page says the same in plain steps.
A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the material in your own work and business. You may not resell, redistribute or republish the material itself.
If a product page says updates are included, later versions of that product are provided to existing buyers at no extra charge, delivered by email to the address on your order.
Requesting a free download adds you to our email list. Buying a product sends you order emails (receipts, downloads and updates) but does not sign you up for marketing email. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link. See the Privacy Policy for what we collect and why.
To the fullest extent the law allows, The Workflow Desk is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or its materials, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product concerned. Nothing here limits rights the law gives you that cannot be limited.
These terms and every purchase are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
